본 방침은 Starving Lions(이하 “운영자”)가 제공하는 포모랩스 앱과 관련 웹페이지에 적용됩니다. 포모랩스에는 현재 활성화된 계정 가입 또는 로그인 기능이 없으며, 운영자는 앱을 이용하기 위해 이름이나 이메일 주소를 요구하지 않습니다.

운영자는 Starving Lions이며, 문의 이메일은 starvinglions48@gmail.com입니다. 외부 서비스가 자체 목적과 수단으로 처리하는 정보에는 해당 서비스 제공자의 방침도 함께 적용됩니다.

적용 지역과 정보 유형에 따라 처리 근거는 사용자의 요청에 따른 서비스 제공 또는 계약 이행, 동의와 기기 설정에서 표현된 선택, 법이 허용하는 운영자의 정당한 사업상 이익, 법적 의무 등이 될 수 있습니다. 정확한 법적 분류는 관할 법률에 따라 달라질 수 있으며, 본 설명은 특정 법적 결론을 보장하지 않습니다.

4. 외부 서비스와 광고 선택

UMP가 적용되는 규제 지역에서는 UMP가 제공하는 동의 화면과 선택을 사용하며, 앱은 해당 흐름과 별도로 Apple 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 그 밖의 지역에서는 보상형 광고를 표시하기 직전에만 ATT 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 요청을 거절할 수 있으며, 선택에 따라 광고 개인화·측정 또는 제공 방식이 제한될 수 있습니다.

개인정보 보호법에 따라 맞춤형 광고를 위한 일부 공개가 “공유” 또는 “타겟 광고”로 분류될 수 있습니다. 가능한 경우 UMP 선택 화면, iOS의 추적 설정과 기기 광고 설정을 통해 선택을 관리할 수 있습니다. 운영자는 사용자의 로컬 타임랩스나 집중 기록을 판매하지 않습니다.

5. 이용자의 선택권과 권리

• iOS 설정에서 카메라, 사진 및 추적 권한을 확인하거나 변경할 수 있습니다.
• 앱에서 제공되는 경우 UMP 개인정보 옵션을 통해 광고 동의 선택을 변경할 수 있습니다.
• 로컬 기록과 영상은 앱의 삭제 기능, 사진 보관함 또는 앱 삭제를 통해 제거할 수 있습니다.
• 구독 관리는 Apple ID의 구독 설정에서 할 수 있습니다.
• 지역 법률에 따라 접근, 정정, 삭제, 처리 제한·반대, 동의 철회, 데이터 이동 또는 감독기관 이의 제기 권리가 있을 수 있습니다.

권리 요청은 이메일로 접수합니다. 현재 계정 로그인 기능이 없으므로 운영자가 특정 데이터와 요청자를 연결하지 못할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 앱 설치 정보, 구매 거래 식별자 등 합리적으로 필요한 확인 정보를 요청할 수 있으며, 확인할 수 없는 데이터에는 요청을 수행할 수 없을 수 있습니다. 동의 철회는 철회 전 처리의 적법성에는 영향을 주지 않습니다.

기기 내 기록, 설정과 영상은 사용자가 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 기기에 남을 수 있습니다. 사용자가 외부 서비스에 공유하거나 저장한 사본은 해당 서비스나 수신자의 보관 기준을 따릅니다. 광고, 동의, 분석·진단 정보는 각 제공자가 목적 달성, 보안, 법적 의무에 필요한 기간 동안 자체 방침에 따라 보관합니다. 구매·구독 기록은 권한 복원, 회계, 사기 방지와 법적 의무에 필요한 기간 동안 Apple, RevenueCat 또는 운영자가 보관할 수 있습니다. 삭제 요청이 유효한 경우 법적 보관 의무나 보안상 예외를 제외하고 합리적인 기간 내 처리합니다.

This Policy applies to the Pomolapse app and related web pages provided by Starving Lions (the “Operator”). Pomolapse currently has no active account registration or login flow, and the Operator does not require a name or email address to use the app.

Information is processed for the following purposes:

• Provide requested features, including timers, timelapses, statistics, saving, and sharing
• Verify purchases, provide and restore entitlements, and support customers
• Serve ads, measure frequency and performance, prevent abuse, and manage consent
• Maintain reliability, diagnose errors, improve performance and features, and protect security
• Meet legal obligations, address disputes, and protect rights

Depending on the jurisdiction and type of information, the basis may be providing a service you requested or performing a contract, your consent and choices expressed through device settings, the Operator's legitimate business interests where recognized by law, or compliance with a legal obligation. The precise legal classification can vary by jurisdiction, and this description does not guarantee a particular legal conclusion.

4. Third-party services and ad choices

In regulated regions where UMP applies, the app uses the consent screen and choices provided through UMP and does not separately request Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission in that flow. In other regions, the app may request ATT permission only immediately before showing a rewarded ad. You may decline the request; your choice may limit ad personalization, measurement, or the manner in which ads are made available.

Some disclosures for personalized advertising may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under certain privacy laws. Where available, you can manage choices through the UMP privacy options, iOS tracking settings, and device advertising settings. The Operator does not sell your local timelapses or focus records.

5. Your choices and rights

• Review or change camera, photo, and tracking permissions in iOS Settings.
• Where the option is offered in the app, update advertising consent through the UMP privacy options.
• Remove local records and videos using in-app deletion, the photo library, or by deleting the app.
• Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Depending on local law, request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, withdrawal of consent, portability, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Submit a rights request by email. Because there is currently no account login, the Operator may be unable to associate particular data with you. We may request reasonably necessary verification, such as app-installation details or a purchase transaction identifier, and may be unable to act on data that cannot be verified. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

6. Retention and deletion

On-device records, settings, and videos may remain until you delete them or remove the app. Copies you save or share to another service follow that service's or recipient's retention practices. Ad, consent, analytics, and diagnostic information is retained by the relevant provider under its own policy for as long as needed for its stated purposes, security, and legal obligations. Apple, RevenueCat, or the Operator may retain purchase and subscription records as needed for restoration, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We handle valid deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal-retention and security exceptions.
